Teaching the team
Once the tool worked for me, the job became making it work for everyone else. Internally I was quickly treated as the AI person: the one to ask, the one sharing what had worked last week.
What that looked like, by kind rather than content:
- Claude skills written for the team to share, so a good workflow did not live in one head.
- Documents and recorded walkthroughs, the same habit as every training session on the CV.
- One-on-ones and group sessions.
- A video. I made a short anime on YouTube about a young woman learning to use these skills. The aim was a lower entry point than a wall of documentation.
What changed: the value stopped being what I could build and became what the team could build.
