First public repos
The org licence was still a month away, but the questions had already outgrown the day job. In February 2026 the personal work went public on GitHub:
- a benchmark that ran 22 models against 20 levels of Go task and scored them deterministically;
- tools for reading a whole codebase with a local model through Ollama;
- worked Temporal examples in Go;
- and, in the same week, Agent Zone: infrastructure knowledge served to people as HTML and to agents as JSON, live at agent-zone.ai.
None of it was the lab yet. All of it turned out to be the lab’s habits: measure the model, run the job as a workflow, write the knowledge down where a machine can read it.
What changed: the work acquired an audience of strangers, and had to be reproducible.
